More than 20 kilometers long, Tso Moriri is truly a small interior sea. At 4600m of altitude, this lightly salted lake is nestled between some high altitude mountain ranges, the only summits found on those Ladakh plateaux. Korzok is the unique village of the whole region, and also the only passage point for the Changpas, nomad shepherds of the high Chang Thang Plateaux spreading towards Tibet.
